Chapter 2. Setting Up BookmarkBridge

Installing BookmarkBridge

Windows

To install BookmarkBridge for Windows, simply download a binary distribution for Windows from BookmarkBridge's web site at bookmarkbridge.sourceforge.net. The Windows binary distribution is in the form of a setup program. Simply run the setup program to install.

Linux (Binary Distribution)

BookmarkBridge is available as a binary distribution in various package formats. Visit BookmarkBridge's web site at bookmarkbridge.sourceforge.net.

Unix Source Distribution

You can download BookmarkBridge's source tarball and built it yourself. It uses the standard GNU configure - make - make install cycle. For more information, please see the section Compiling BookmarkBridge from Source.
